I know that everyone always have the excuse that they never have time to exercise. Well here is a great suggestion. I know this will not apply to everyone but you can find a way to make it fit to your situation. I have a sun room that overlooks my backyard and I just recently put my treadmill in there, so every time I let my dog outside I jump on the treadmill. While I'm waiting for my dog to finish his business and do all of his sniffing I'm able to get in some exercise. Now granted I don't get a full work out but if you I do it several times a day I will. I know not everyone has a sun room like me, so try jump roping or walking around your yard, doing jumping jack, anything that will get your heart pumping.

1. Purchase a clarifying shampoo and wash your hair with it at least once a week.

2. Try switching your shampoo every two week. (You can alternate the same 2 shampoos every two weeks)

3. Also when using a detox or clarifying shampoo put it in your hair BEFORE you wet it and let it sit there for at least 10 minutes, then rinse it out.

4. Wash your hair twice. wet shampoo, rinse and shampoo again.

There's nothing like having a great watch, but it can be very intimidating trying to find the right one for you. Since I'm a very petite woman and have very small wrists I have the hardest time finding a watch. So even though I would love to have a Chanel or Rolex watch, I'm afraid to invest all that money in a designer watch then have to spend even more money to have it custom fit to my small wrist. So if you are fortunate enough not to have small wrists then I have a website you might want to check out.

The website that I am referring to is Watchluxus.com. They are the world's largest luxury watch database and official retailer, but what's even better is they provided you with a daily blog. They inform you about new watches and basically everything else you need to know about any kind of watch. But one thing I thought was cool is they even let you know what brands which celebrity is wearing. A huge point I've got to point out is that the pictures they have of the watches are so vibrant and brilliant you can see every little detail in them. The only downside to this site is they do not inform you on the price of the watches. They do provided a link to the particular brands website, but I feel they should at least mention a price. If they do somewhere I must have over looked it.

In conclusion, if you are in the market for a new watch maybe you should stop by their site and see what's new in the watch world. Their site is easy to navigate around which is a plus and the background colors are great, which that's always a pet peeve of mine, not having good background colors. So all in all I would say they have a great website, you can definitely learn a thing or two about watches that's for sure.

I'm sure all of you ladies out there have seen the the commercial for Secret's Clinical Strength Deodorant. Well I'm one of those women who need a really strong deodorant, so I decided to give it a try. Granted I was a little shocked to see that it cost $7.94 at Wal-Mart for a 1.6 oz bottle. It says to apply it at nighttime, but doesn't say anything about the daytime. Well I applied mine in the morning and I was surprised to see that it really worked. Usually around 2:00 in the afternoon I have to reapply my deodorant. I noticed a slight odor but nothing like what I usually have. So I would say it's worth the money.

T-Shirts Galore

I think it is probably safe to say that different people and different countries have different definitions for fashion. What one country considers fashionable might not be thought of as fashionable in another. My point being, I came across this fairly new website that specializes in T-shirts, the website I'm speaking of is called VJU COOL.

They have a Top Sellers link that is located on the upper right side of the home page which to me shows some indication that they are doing fairly well so they must have a clientele base out there somewhere.

In conclusion, I would recommend this site to people who like different fashion choices or who are into Japanamation, that's what a lot of their designs reminded me of. Their site is also easy to navigate around and the site is very colorful and grabs you attention. All in all I would say give them a chance you might find a T-Shirt over there that you like.
